As this year comes to a close, the time has quickly come to induct a new Board Of Directors to serve the Cumberland County Apartment Association for 2009. The nomination committee along with both volunteers and nominations from the August membership meeting and September Trade Show has assembled and nominated a dedicated team to continue the forward progress of our Association.

With your help, I am very confident that they will continue to work toward the advancement of the CCAA. Please make plans to attend the lunch meeting on October 16th to cast your important vote.

Write In Nominations must be submitted to the Association Secretary and received no later than five (5) business days (October 9th) prior to the October meeting which will be on October 16th.( Please make sure that you have discussed any Write In nomination with said person and confirmed their dedication to this proposed office for the entire 2009 year. Any nomination for the Executive Committee MUST have served one full year on the CCAA Board with no breaks in service, to be eligible.)

Should you not be able to attend the October meeting, absentee votes must be submitted to the Association Secretary and received no later that five (5) business days (October 9th) prior to the October meeting which will be on October 16, 2008. Mark your vote, print and sign the above ballot in order to register your absentee vote. Please RSVP for the October 16th luncheon to either Karri Clark 436-3628 for Members A-G or Stephanie Little 424-1836 for Members H-Z.

We really need your reservations called in by the cutoff date of October 10th, in order to make sure that we have enough food and seating for everyone. All cancellations after October13th, NOON, will be billed half-price. No shows for the luncheon will be billed full price.

The luncheon cost is $15 per person attending with reservations. If  you do not RSVP then it will cost you $20 at the door. Save $$$ by RSVPing by the cutoff date.
